It is the Policy of Soclean to control risks to which members of the public may be exposed as a direct result of its activities. This commitment extends to all Clients, employees, visitors to premises or any other persons who are liable to be affected by the way that Soclean conducts its Work.

Therefore the Management of Soclean is committed to improving every aspect of health and safety by involving all staff and sub-contractors in reducing or eliminating any risks and hazards in the workplace and providing sufficient resources to comply with The Public Health Act, 1991 Occupational Health & Safety Regulation 2001, Occupational Health & Safety Act 2000 No. 40, Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1998 No. 86.

Risk Management

Taking risks in a considered manner is a fundamental function of all cleaning operations.

Soclean’s risk control is conducted within the framework of the policies and instructions adopted by the Directors and the OH&S Representative. The operational responsibility for risk control lies with the company Risk Control procedures, which is involved, in terms of responsibility, with our cleaning operations.

We are responsible for working close with our clients and team members, to ensure all identified risks are controlled and action taken such as:

  • Daily site risk assessment using our CCS System
  • Risks are identified, quantified, followed up, reported and, action taken.

Socleans’s risks Control Program is considered as a basis for any scheduled work,

Risks are compiled and evaluated by our program, which reports immediately to our clients using real time communication. The risks are also followed up in relation to actions approved by the management.

Risk Analysis

Soclean uses an international award winning risk analysing program! It enables us to prevent and mitigate site risks, seize opportunities and keep an up to date risk register. Analysing risk causes and effects helps us to find innovative solutions to optimize site risks. The system enables us to make team members responsible for risks and monitor risks and tasks.
